I didn’t have much trouble with the interview itself—it felt very easy overall, and the process didn’t drag on with lots of hoops.

The main thing that stood out to me wasn’t the technical back-and-forth or anything like that, but the simple fact that getting a chance to interview in the first place was the hard part.

I went through the conversation expecting it to be more of a grind, but it ended up feeling straightforward. At the end, there wasn’t an offer, which was a bit disappointing given how smoothly the interview went, but the experience still reinforced that the hardest barrier is often just getting in front of the team.
