Nintendo of America Software Engineer interview experience

After that, the next step was a phone interview where the format became more like a normal conversation, and the focus stayed fairly standard.

If I passed the phone screen, I would have gone on to in-person interviews where they asked technical trivia across different people. Nothing about the topics sounded out of the ordinary or unusually difficult, which made the process feel predictable.

I didn’t end up going further than that stage, but the overall experience was clear and organized, with a consistent sequence from take-home to screen to interviews.
