Redmond, WAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My journey was short because I only made it through the first behavioral stage.

The conversation itself felt positive and went well—I walked in prepared, answered thoughtfully, and left feeling like I understood what they wanted.

After that, things moved in a direction that didn’t include me. I heard that they were looking for more experience than I had for an entry-level profile, which lined up with the general sense I got from how quickly they moved on. Even though I didn’t reach technical rounds, I still felt like the initial interview wasn’t mishandled—it was more about fit and experience level than any performance issue on the day.
