Seattle, WAPosted Apr 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I thought my interview was going well until an unexpected issue came up.

After I shared that I had a diagnosed sleep disorder and asked about accommodations, I ended up being rejected.

The rejection felt abrupt and the main reflection I had afterward was about flexibility. Even though I felt like the interview itself was progressing positively, that request for accommodation seemed to close the door quickly, and it left me feeling disappointed because it didn’t feel like there was room to adjust how I showed up.
