Redwood City, CAPosted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through one friendly HR conversation and then moved into a set of interviews with engineers from the team I’d be joining.

The HR call was conversational and focused on my experience, and it felt like a real discussion rather than a checklist.

After that, I had four engineer interviews. Each one felt authentic, and the questions covered both design and coding/problem-solving. That mixture kept me switching mental gears, but it also felt like they were assessing how I think end to end rather than just one slice of technical ability.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall feel was that the evaluation was consistent and grounded in actual engineering work.
