I experienced NinjaOne’s process as very structured and pretty efficient.

It was clearly laid out in advance, and I was given enough information to prepare for each step without guessing what would come next. Feedback and communication were also quick and respectful.

The flow was essentially a recruiter screen and then an SDR manager interview. The questions leaned into my experience and more personality-oriented traits, and the overall impression was that they wanted hungry, self-sufficient people who could handle the role. The tone felt direct rather than vague, and even when I was being evaluated on fit, the process didn’t feel chaotic.
