My experience started out rough—everything felt drawn out and disorganized, with repeated promises that I’d receive an update.

They kept committing to a timeline and then missing it, including a last-minute late-stage interview where I was still expecting the final answer by email.

The best way I can describe the end of the process was that it didn’t match the effort the interview steps required. People were polite, but the follow-through wasn’t there, and the constant uncertainty made the whole thing feel heavier than it needed to be. I never got the closure I was expecting, and that lack of reliable communication ended up being the biggest takeaway from the journey.
