San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process started with a technical take-home coding challenge.

I was told to finish it within a maximum of two days once I began, which made the timeline feel intense but manageable.

After submitting, I met with the hiring manager for technical questions centered on my background. The final step was a CEO interview where the focus shifted to behavioral questions. The whole path felt efficient, but I didn’t end up getting an offer, and I left with the sense that the technical take-home carried a lot of weight early on.
