NIKE Account Executive interview experience

I joined with a handful of other people, and the prompts were pretty simple—mostly centered on getting to know me and understanding what I wanted out of the role. I didn’t feel trapped by tough scenarios or technical questions; it was more about my direction and fit.

The whole thing felt low-pressure, and I got through the process without any drama. Afterward, I ended up getting an offer, which made the quick pace make sense in hindsight. Overall, it was the kind of interview where the questions didn’t overwhelm you, and the experience stayed friendly from start to finish.
