NIKE Account Executive interview experience

I had a strict but manageable rhythm: I got about 30 seconds before each question to think, and roughly two minutes to respond once the prompt appeared. The format felt low-pressure because I had two attempts per question—if I didn’t like how the first run sounded, I could try again.

Most of the prompts were situation-based and behavioral, and there were only a handful of questions overall—roughly three to five, sometimes closer to six or seven depending on how the session was structured. I talked through my background, how I’d handle scenarios, and why I was interested in the company.
