NIKE Account Executive interview experience

The virtual interview used a set of five timed questions, focused on past work experience and workplace behavior, plus problem-solving. It felt like the format was designed to measure how I think and how I explain myself under time pressure.

What made it feel a little different was that the entire process didn’t really involve back-and-forth—once I responded, the workflow continued without much real-time interaction. There also wasn’t any phone or in-person discussion until after I accepted an offer.

It was a fairly smooth experience overall, even though the timed nature kept me on my toes.
