I got pulled into the process via an employee referral.

The timeline ended up being quick—about one day from start to finish. The questions were heavily technical, covering coding plus OOP, SQL, and Java.

What I noticed was the framing: the discussion wasn’t just about getting something right on the spot, but also about how my technical thinking mapped to future prospects with Nike. It felt like a compact screen that still covered multiple relevant areas.
