I went through a group interview that focused heavily on teamwork, social comfort, and being able to handle consumer concerns on the spot.

I had to demonstrate how I think in the moment while working with others, and one of the tasks stood out because it was hands-on: we dressed a mannequin as a team. The scoring was tied to how well the mannequin was put together and how accurately we marketed the available products, so it wasn’t just about looking good—it was about getting the details right. There was a clear competitive element to it, and the group dynamic mattered a lot.
