NIKE Account Executive interview experience

The interviewer was clearly interested in my past performance—especially how I’d handled quota and what results I’d been able to achieve before. They also asked about my ability to structure agreements with wholesale trade dealers, which made it feel more account-executive focused than a casual retail chat.

I didn’t feel rushed, and the questions were specific enough that it was obvious they were evaluating my track record, not just my interest in the brand. I walked away feeling like I’d been taken seriously, and the whole thing had that competent, businesslike tone.
