I applied in early December and the first interview didn’t happen until a couple weeks later.

The final round interviews landed in mid January, so the timeline stretched out a bit. The last stage was a panel format with three interviews, and it was structured more like multiple checkpoint discussions than a single long conversation.

Because it was a panel, the tone felt more formal and process-driven as the rounds progressed, but I don’t remember a specific technical breakdown from those final sessions—what stayed with me most was the pacing: apply, wait for the initial screen, then a longer gap before the three-interviewer panel.
