I started by applying online and doing the screeners, then I had a Zoom call with a manager at the store.

The questions were basic and mostly centered on real work situations, especially conflict and how I resolved it. They asked me to talk about a time there was tension at work and what I did to handle it.

The tone was straightforward, and it felt more like they wanted to understand my decision-making under pressure than to test anything technical. I left feeling like the manager was assessing whether I could stay levelheaded and find a workable solution with others.
