NIKE Account Executive interview experience

I talked with an interviewer who was respectful throughout, and they asked about my biggest strength and weakness. What surprised me was how role-specific the scenarios were—one question was about how I would sell a shoe, and another asked what I would do if a customer found a shoe in the wrong size. I felt like they were really testing whether I could stay calm, be persuasive, and handle a common retail problem without getting thrown off.
