NIKE Software Engineer interview experience

SeniorPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through Nike’s process for an SDE-3 role in Bangalore, and the write-up I shared was mostly about context—getting into the interview flow after applying via their career portal from a LinkedIn notification.

The experience was framed as something I did to give back to the LeetCode community, so the overall vibe was that the interview leaned heavily into coding practice.

I didn’t provide a full breakdown of rounds or outcomes in the snippet I have, so the only concrete things I can recount are how I applied and that the role’s interview journey was positioned as a classic LeetCode-driven process. I don’t have details on whether it ended in an offer, but it clearly felt like an interview path built around algorithmic readiness.
