NIKE Software Engineer interview experience

There was a single coding question there, and once I got through that, I had two interviews with managers. Those manager rounds weren’t super technical in nature; they felt more like a resume walkthrough and discussion of what I’d done rather than a heavy coding gauntlet.

What stood out was how much they wanted alignment with Nike’s values. I remember them explicitly looking for interest in Nike’s values, and there was even a moment where they recommended wearing Nike merch. The whole flow felt more like evaluating fit and communication than trying to catch me on obscure technical details.
