Williamsburg, VAPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went into a group interview where the interviewer shared short video clips and then asked everyone for their thoughts.

It felt like a conversational check-in rather than a strict interrogation, and I liked that the setup kept things from becoming too personal too quickly.

The questions were more about how I’d react and what concerns or opinions I had based on what I watched. I didn’t feel singled out, which made it easier to stay calm and give honest answers.

The process itself was quick and pretty easygoing. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the atmosphere felt controlled and fair, and the format made it straightforward to participate.
