My journey started with a group setting, and the day had a more active feel than a standard Q&A.

There was an ice-breaker style activity and then a group product-making and presentation component, which helped the team see how I interacted in the moment.

After that, the process shifted into more direct conversations. I sat down for a one-on-one discussion where they asked about my past experience and what I’d bring to the job. Strengths and weaknesses came up, along with practical scheduling questions like what hours I wanted and which days I could work. They also asked about my education background, so the interview covered both experience and availability.
