Nextroll Account Executive interview experience

I was set up for a phone screening, but the recruiter immediately told me I wouldn’t be a fit because of my location. She didn’t reference or review my application or resume at all before making that call, which made it feel like they hadn’t even looked closely.

It was short, and it was hard not to feel like it was just a waste of time. Nothing about my experience was actually explored—there was no real conversation, just a quick decision based on a single factor. I didn’t move forward, and what I remember most was the lack of preparation and care in how the screen was handled.
