Once the meetings were done, the conversation shifted to the offer and package negotiation with the recruiter. Even though the process got all the way to that stage, I ended up not accepting because I chose another role instead. The overall feel was solid and professional through the rounds, but it still came down to timing and what I was ultimately offered elsewhere.
