I interviewed for a Consultant role in 2016 and the process collapsed late, leaving me feeling the company switched goals without clear transparency.

Recruiter call + talent manager screening — I spoke with a recruiter and a talent manager who repeatedly emphasized hiring for Neudesic rather than the client.
Technical interview(s) — I then completed an extended technical interview.
Region head interview — After that, I met the region head manager.
Break in communication + rejection — Afterward, I experienced silence from the team and eventual rejection citing the client didn’t like my profile. Outcome: No offer; the experience felt inconsistent because screening/assessment happened before the final “client fit”
