I interviewed for the Consultant role in a way that felt unusually scripted and high-friction, with a technical emphasis on .NET fundamentals and DSA-style theory.

Technical screen — I was asked to rate my level across the stated tech stack and then answer very basic .NET concepts like CLR and managed vs unmanaged code.
Technical questions (scenario/DSA theory) — I was probed with theoretical questions related to coding scenarios, rather than doing deeper problem solving. Outcome: No offer, and my takeaway was that the process felt like it depended on exact definitions over practical discussion.
