I interviewed for the Consultant role in a product-lifecycle oriented sequence of three stages, with the hardest parts tied to framework depth and management thinking.

Stage 1 — programming fundamentals/framework background — I discussed the tech and frameworks I had used, focusing on the basics of programming fundamentals.
Stage 2 — deeper framework use cases — I went into “nitty gritty” details about how the framework was applied in practice.
Stage 3 — product lifecycle/management — I was asked about agile/scrum in my projects and how management and lifecycle aspects were handled. Outcome: No offer, and my takeaway was that they expected both engineering depth and delivery/process understanding.
