My interview journey felt thorough and challenging, but not in a hostile way.

I went through multiple rounds with a recruiter and then moved through conversations with colleagues, team leads, managers, and eventually the director. Even though the number of interactions was high, the overall vibe wasn’t intimidating; people seemed focused on making sure I wasn’t unnecessarily nervous.

Across the recruiter and the employee rounds, the questions stayed grounded in my skills and how I’d fit the professional services work they needed. Each interviewer felt well-informed about what mattered in their part of the organization, and I spoke with a peer plus potential
