The sequence started with multiple phone interviews, each lasting about an hour, and it was clear those calls were meant to be substantial since it was a real time commitment.

After finishing the phone rounds, I had to travel to an office for two onsite interviews, and the process concluded with a sales demonstration. A Disc assessment and a background check were part of the later steps, all coordinated through a recruiter.

I felt the overall journey was fairly rigorous and logistically heavy, mostly because of the travel plus the demo. The difficulty level was high enough that I kept feeling “on” throughout the process, and even though everything was managed well by the recruiter, I didn’t end up with an offer.
