Boston, MAPosted Mar 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview journey was a set of multiple phone rounds with different people across the NetSuite team, including managers from different sectors.

Each conversation was short—about 20 to 30 minutes—and the pace was noticeably fast, with quick turnaround between rounds.

Even though the format was relatively tight and timed, it still felt like they were collecting a consistent view of how I would operate in the account executive role, using different managers to cover different perspectives. The process overall felt difficult simply because of how compressed and fast-moving the rounds were.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the structure was clear and the team members I spoke with kept things moving.
