Boston, MAPosted Jan 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found the overall process fairly balanced even though the teams clearly had a lot going on.

The HR contact was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole timeline. I went through two phone interviews followed by a face-to-face meeting, and while the interviewer schedules were busy, there was still time spent explaining the environment and the culture.

What surprised me in a good way was that despite the intensity of people being in demand, they still made the effort to communicate what working there felt like. The conversations didn’t drag, and the tone made it seem like a friendly place. Even without an offer, I left the process with a clear sense of the team dynamic.
