My process began with an HR discussion where the interviewer walked through the standard qualification questions to see whether I really fit the role.

After that, I met with the manager interviewer, who asked questions that felt aimed at drawing out my best thinking and how I’d approach the job.

What stood out most was how coordinated everything felt once the schedule was set. The process moved quickly enough that even when some interviews didn’t happen as planned, I was clearly informed and kept on track for the next sessions. The hiring manager also arranged time with peers to understand what the day-to-day actually looked like and what the role demanded, which helped me see the job in context.

Overall it was a smooth, professional
