I went through three rounds total: two technical rounds and then an HR round.

The whole structure felt like it was meant to directly validate fit for the kind of work the company did through outsourcing.

Across the technical conversations, the focus stayed on whether I could handle responsibilities relevant to the role I was applying for and the environment the company would place me into. It wasn’t described as a lightweight process, but it also didn’t feel disconnected from what I was there for.
