Palo Alto, CAPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I came in through an employee referral, and the process felt clean and direct.

I started with a brief call with the recruiter, then had a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. After that, I moved into a more intensive onsite where I met with five people, and I finished with a final in-person interview.

The day had a steady pace—no surprises, no frantic switching between unrelated topics—and the overall impression was that they wanted to understand how I thought and communicated across different viewpoints. By the end, I felt like the process had been thorough without being difficult.
