Navan Account Executive interview experience

The recruiter used the time we had to keep questioning whether I was right for the role, and it was uncomfortable rather than productive. I couldn’t make sense of why the call happened at all if so much of it was spent doubting my fit.

The tone felt patronizing, and the whole thing came across less like evaluating my experience and more like trying to find reasons to dismiss me. I left feeling frustrated and uneasy, not because the questions were hard, but because the interaction didn’t feel respectful or straightforward.
