The interview I went through had a mix of technical and HR, and the technical part started by reviewing my resume and focusing on my projects and contributions.

I was asked to talk through what I’d built and what I personally brought to the work.

After that, the HR round shifted into a more strengths-and-weaknesses style discussion with situational questions. It wasn’t just general conversation—it was clearly structured around how I think about myself and how I’d handle different scenarios.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt like it evaluated both my technical history and how I present and interpret my own experience.
