My process started with an assessment that was relatively straightforward and then moved into interviews.

The coding portion felt manageable, but the video interview stood out as the most important part for me. After completing the test, I waited before hearing anything further—about a week or so wasn’t the case for me, and instead the call for the VAC came much later, roughly six weeks after I finished the test. The VAC itself moved quickly once scheduled.

During the video interview, the questions leaned toward what I could explain about my background and how I approached problems, and it didn’t feel like a brutal technical grilling. The overall process felt less intimidating than I expected.
