The process felt like it was mostly there to check boxes.

After I was contacted by a recruiter manager, the whole thing gave me the impression they weren’t taking the interaction seriously, constantly interrupting and even reading the questions off as if it was scripted.

I was advanced to an in-person second round, and it still didn’t feel like a genuine conversation. They ended up preparing a packet and essentially worked through it while I was there, and it was hard to shake the feeling that they couldn’t even get the right people onto the call. I never got the sense that the process was fully put together around the candidate experience.
