After I applied online, I was invited to a panel interview a couple of weeks later.

The people involved were enjoyable to speak with and generally felt friendly, so the interview itself didn’t feel like an ordeal.

Still, the process around coordination and follow-up was rough. Even after multiple attempts to get in touch with the recruiter for either a rejection or an update, I never heard back again. It was frustrating because the interview day felt positive, but the aftermath dragged on.

I didn’t end up getting the job, and what stuck with me most was the contrast between a good conversation in the panel and the silence afterward.
