Natera Data Scientist interview experience

United StatesPosted Mar 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and, about a week later, HR emailed me to set up a phone screening.

I scheduled a time and waited for the call, but the HR interviewer never showed up. I followed up by email, asking whether they still wanted to reschedule, and I never heard back after that.

There wasn’t any real interview experience to speak of—just the missed call and silence afterward. The whole thing was disappointing because it didn’t feel professional or communicative, and it effectively ended there without me getting a chance to show my fit.
