I interviewed on campus in a process that felt confusing and not very transparent, with an intimidating interviewer despite non-brutal technical questions.

On-campus interview (single-structure day) — I found the technical questions not especially challenging, but the interviewer’s demeanor made the experience uncomfortable; the interview process itself wasn’t clearly communicated, and I waited months before a rejection. Outcome: I didn’t receive the job; the takeaway was that process clarity and interview tone can matter as much as the technical bar.
