Pasadena, CAPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I saw a straightforward pipeline at JPL where the early steps were mostly screening and then a quick progression once there was a clear fit.

Phone screenings / technical interviews — I went through multiple phone screens that could include technical components; sometimes there was an in-person technical interview afterward.
Offer after fit confirmation — If they viewed me as a good match, they reached out with an offer. Outcome: No offer was reported in this set; the takeaway was that the process felt simple when the fit was clear, and speed depended on that alignment.
