I received Codility questions to do from home, and they felt unusually difficult—more like a challenge that depended on exactly the kind of approach the test expected rather than broadly measuring programming skill.

I didn’t pass that stage.

In another attempt with N26, I did the Codility test and initially got everything right quickly enough that it felt promising. But after submission, the feedback was negative in a way that didn’t add up: they said they didn’t like my test without really showing a clear technical basis. That combination—an opaque evaluation and difficulty that felt mismatched—made the process feel discouraging, because it wasn’t clear what would have changed the result.
