Philadelphia, PAPosted Oct 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process followed a clear, staged pattern that felt geared toward confirming I could build a client base.

I started with an introductory interview with a recruiter that covered me and what they needed to see for fit. The message throughout was that if I made it to the next interview, I was likely headed toward being hired.

After that, I returned for a second stage. Then I was invited back again depending on acceptance, where I took a personality-style test and also had a writing task—listing a large number of people I knew and clarifying who I could potentially solicit at the beginning. The process then used that work to evaluate how quickly I could generate outreach momentum.
