Mutual of Omaha Financial Analyst interview experience

The interviews I was involved in were part of a broader pipeline, and the timeline generally landed around a few weeks—roughly three to four weeks—before a decision was made.

At my point in the flow, the first contact gave a decent idea of the role and what was expected from me, at least as far as the early stage went. It felt like a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes, and that early clarity made the start feel less confusing even though the overall process length meant waiting longer for answers.
