My process felt pretty methodical and ended up taking several stages.

After applying, I had a first phone screen where they covered my background and interest. The next stage involved a video-based interview, and right before that I was asked to complete an online assessment focused on critical thinking—logic and reading-style questions that felt somewhat like GMAT prep.

After the assessment, there was a quick webcam check to confirm my setup and connectivity, and then I did the video interview with two people. Later, I moved into an in-person director-level meeting where the conversation shifted to whether they thought I’d be successful in the role.
