Motive Account Executive interview experience

The recruiter told me they’d make a decision quickly, saying I’d hear back within about 24 hours, and they mentioned a third interview would happen next if I moved forward.

Overall it felt like a fairly tight, structured sequence—screen first, then the manager conversation, then potentially one more round. The difficulty level felt high just because of how fast they were moving and how consequential each step was, but the process itself was straightforward. I didn’t get far enough yet to judge the whole journey, though I left hopeful and waited to see what happened next.
