Motive Account Executive interview experience

First I had an internal recruiter conversation, then I went into the most important second round with a sales manager. That part felt like the biggest factor in whether I advanced, since it carried the weight of the decision. The final round was with senior leadership and was more about culture and fit than anything overly technical.

I remember the timeline being a bit longer than I expected. They said the whole hiring process could take around a month because they ran thorough background and employment verification. Even after the interviews, I still had to wait for everything to clear.
