I ran into a very demanding interview process that felt long and high-pressure, with a lot of staged evaluation.

It ended up being an eight-round sequence that included both a presentation-heavy component and a challenge-style final stage. The structure required serious preparation because the last challenge phase came with days of prep time, and it definitely didn’t feel like a quick screen-to-decision pipeline.

The earlier rounds still demanded substance: I had multiple technical and role-relevant meetings, and communication was part of what they were measuring. The panel part of the process included constructive, fair questioning, but the amount of time and the number of steps was what wore on me.
