My process kicked off with a recruiter conversation, and then I moved into two interviews with first-line managers.

The structure ended with a challenge-style panel interview where I had assignments tied to territory planning and role-play, so it wasn’t just “talk about sales”—it was apply sales thinking under pressure.

The difficulty increased as the rounds progressed into more formal sales-methodology expectations. I remember being asked to demonstrate knowledge around qualification and deal frameworks like CoM and MEDDPIC, along with “3 why’s” style questioning and PG strategy. It felt like they were looking for specific language and structure, and the panel format made it harder to just generalize.
