Mondo Account Executive interview experience

No offer

MediumSan Francisco, CAPosted Feb 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and shortly after I was set up with a phone interview.

The questions were pretty typical for the role—focused on why I was interested in sales and why I wanted to work at Mondo—and the whole call felt average in difficulty. After that, they scheduled a face-to-face interview.

The process didn’t come across as overly complicated. It felt like a straightforward progression from initial interest to an in-person check on fit. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but it was an uncomplicated path through the early stages.
